Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform final inspections for piping, fabrications and constructions.
• Responsible for final checking and inspections of the lines for punch list acceptance
• Attend meeting and updates daily progress activities and results of daily inspections on sites and ship’s on yard
• Responsible for final inspections such as line checking, punch listing, testing of spools.HSE
• Perform the final inspection of hydro testing and pneumatic testing.
• Review and apply the management procedures.
• Perform system punch list and punch clearing,
• Work Shoppe Manager and  P&IDs Data Sheets
  

• Planning and scheduling of daily activities of his discipline and area of responsibilities.
• Assigned as Shift Superintendent construction shop
• In-charge supervision for pre-commissioning works
• Supervision for re-instatement, blinding and punch list clearing
• Making good quality and comport to the standard
• Responsible for the test package doing for partial blowing and flushing
• Report directly to the chief or to department head.
• Supervision of commissioning activities for newly erected plant.
• Requesting of materials for BOM as per ISO pipe spools and drawing for fabrication as well as field installation.
• Supervision for installation of branch supply pipes to CPF.
• Supervision of punch list works, arranging of small bore connection, pipe support , ventilation and Hse
• Have contact with the client, consultant and other sub-contractors related to their works in order to develop a smooth construction and safe works.

• Supervised and monitoring the work of sub-contractor if they are conforms to the requirements and design specification.
• Supervision for piping works including of installation of pipe supports and re- routing. Carry out line checking, visual inspection of pipe, punch listing and coordinate with the design department for any interference wherein modification is need.
• Counter check the material take-off to be used by the sub-contractor and monitoring the welders to make sure that they are following welding procedure specification.
• Responsible in coordinating with the concerned personnel regarding the noted deficiency during erection to immediate action.
• Direct supervision of the task force team to catch up the schedule of priority line.
• Check daily work schedule of sub-contractor and implement safety of work.Hse
• Conduct tool box meeting once a week.
• Review, analyze and evaluate daily and monthly progress report

• Responsible to all test package and inserting test limits Boiler’s
• Assigned for general arrangement of isometric drawing and line checking.
• Responsible in coordinating with the concerned personnel regarding and noted deficiency during erection and immediate action.
• Emphasis always safety measures and precaution to my subordinates when working to their respective areas. (done regularly)
• Carry out line checking, visual inspection of pipe, punch listing and coordinate with the design department for any interference wherein modification is need.
• Reviewed and approved the documents of fabricated spools prior to delivery at site and evaluate daily and monthly progress report.
• Check daily work schedule of sub-contractor and implement safety of work.

• Responsible for piping erection as per piping arrangement and elevation.
• Assigned in installation and erection of pipe supports and spools.
• Responsible for Punch list Clearing and constructions
• Check daily work schedule and implement safety of work.Hse
• Assigned in fabrication of spools and supports based on isometric drawings.
• Review of regular status of works accomplishment, determine and unsolved problems or any condition when support s needed by my superior.

• Supervision of all punch list clearing and re-instatement bases on pre punch and post punch.
• Counter check the material take-off to be used by the sub-contractor if it is conforms on the design specification.
• Monitoring the welders to make sure that they are following welding procedure specification.
• Coordinate construction procedure with client representatives and sub-contractor before starting new activity.
• Supervision of system blowing and flushing.
• Open coordination to the workers before and after the works was done.
• Instructed craftsman on their scope of work in proper workmanship and proper proceedings.

• Responsible for test limits and test blinds which is done for hydro testing, pneumatic tests, flushing and air blowing ,piping assemble ,Hse
• Responsible for the installation of (OF) flow orifice and (FE) flow elements.

• Prepare and submit progress report based on the percentage of the job competed.

• Responsible for the loop of drawings used in fabrication.
• Responsible for the drawings inserted to the test package

• Open coordination to the workers before and after the works was done.
• Installation and erection of small jobs – maintenance.
• Supervision of utility lines to Ship.
• Assigned for underground Motor’s .and Turbines
