Project Quality Manager     Hout Onshore Gas Facilities Project ~ Khafji  Joint Operations

Project Summary  The purpose of the facility (Hout Onshore Gas Facilities) is to collect Sour Associated Gas from existing Hout Crude Facilities and process the gas prior to forwarding for export. The aim is to achieve one of the COMPANY’s corporate objectives of “1% flaring”, as well as to recover valuable hydrocarbon resources as much as possible.

Offshore gas and recovered gases from Hout Onshore Crude Facilities are to be gathered, compressed and dehydrated, prior to forwarding.

SITE  Management:

Scope Of Work: s

• Shall include the execution of Engineering, Procurement, Transportation and Customs Clearance, Construction, Pre-Commissioning, Mechanical Completion and support services for Commissioning, Start-Up, Performance Testing and all other Work items that are reasonably inferred from the CONTRACT as necessary for proper execution of the WORK and as detailed in the Technical Scope of Work contained in Attachment V to this SCHEDULE “B”.

Project Quality Manager ^(overview) : Interface with PM Representative on all inspection matters from date assigned through Mechanical Completion, assuring Project Quality requirements are met • co-ordinate related Inspection activities throughout all Project Phases • prepare NCRs for issue by PM • issue Worksheets to PM if valid NCRs are not issued to Contractor within two working days • initiate Focus Assessments of specific Work Elements, assuring  Project Quality activities and processes are effective, e.g. Welding and Gasket verification • maintain Project Quality Index jointly with PM • assign Vendor Inspection Representative to cover Design and Procurement inspection activities

Quality Lead ^(overview) : Implement SA Project Quality Plans • attend Construction Kick-off Meetings  • schedule Quality Meetings & Quality Steering Committee Meetings • manage monthly Project Quality Index • liaise with OID/NDT Unit, ensuring all sub-contracted NDT personnel and NDT Procedures approval prior to start of any related Work • verify Contractor QA/QC personnel qualifications and assigned Level of Inspection Responsibility • review contractor Quality Plans for Construction Work Phase • review contractor QA/QC Systems, ensuring correct Saudi Aramco Typical Inspection Plans (SATIPs) are specified for each Task/Activity • review/monitor quality of E-logbook entries and timely response from PMT/Contractor • promote and build awareness of Project Quality Requirements, implementing Lessons Learned Program • track and maintain Project Quality Records • perform other Inspection related duties as directed.
