31C is an EMS Consultancy Company.
Following the sale of First Intervention, I maintained Event Paramedics and the new consulting company 31C Pty Ltd provided me a number of new opportunities that included consultancy services in:

Chief Operating Officer.
As the Chief Operating Officer of First Intervention which is a Registered Training Organisation delivering a range of first aid, ambulance/paramedic and air crewman courses under the AQTF.
Event Paramedics is a licensed Non-Emergency Patient Transport Provider in Victoria. Event Paramedics focus is predominately the supply of medical staff at events around Australia and New Zealand. These include events, motorsports, concerts, workplaces, schools film and TV.
I sold initially part of this business to M and O a Western Australian based oil and gas training company and then it was purchased by the Wood Group.
Whilst there is many achievements associated with these 2 companies some of them include:
Establishing a new Registered Training Organisation and obtaining many blue chip clients.
Obtaining ISO 9001 accreditation for Event Paramedics
Developing Infection Control Management Plans and Audits
Gaining a Victorian Non-Emergency Patient Transport Licence for Event Paramedics.
Developing and/or delivering programs besides in Australia for New Zealand, Malaysia, Kazakhstan, USA, Saudi Arabia, UAE and Nigeria.
First Intervention was partially sold to a WA based company and then 12 months later it was sold it to a large UK based company.
May 1995 – June 2000 Victoria University
Graduate Program Coordinator in Paramedics and Pre Hospital Care.
As the leader of this ground breaking program Peter oversaw the development and implementation of a suite of programs for health care professionals from around the world, via flexible learning models, which included the Internet and CD-ROM. Achievements at Victoria University include:
Ensuring that the course was the benchmark for developing paramedic programs in Australia and Asia.
Building a reputation as the international market leader of such programs, with demand for student places consistently exceeding the places that were available. Students from every State and Territory in Australia, as well as international students from Hong Kong, South Africa, United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia and Canada were attracted to the program.
Developing models of flexible learning and promulgating the use of these models throughout the University.
Initiating, developing and promoting new programs to respond to the needs of students, stakeholders, industry and the community. Programs included Intravenous Cannulation and Intubation (Rural and Remote Areas), Defibrillation and Aviation Medicine.

Achievements with the Ambulance Victoria include:
Whist working for Ambulance Victoria I worked in the Latrobe Valley, which also include Helimed 1 (Rotary winged ambulance) and the busiest branches in Melbourne (Caulfield, Windsor and Northcote)
Ambulance Officer Representative for three years on the Protective Procedures and Equipment
Ambulance Officer Representative for the Course Advisory Committee (Ambulance Officers Training Centre) advising tertiary institutions of training requirements.
Metropolitan Ambulance Service Representative at a number of International Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Conferences.
Winner of study scholarship to the Western Australia Ambulance Service, sponsored by the Institute of Ambulance Officers (Australia).
Member of the Medical Team for the Australia Formula 1 Grand Prix and various International Motorcycle Events. Prior to 1986
Elected as a State Councillor for the Ambulance Employees Association
