Providing direction to platform personnel in the dispatch of their HSE responsibilities; Facilitating Pre Startup Safety Reviews and Planning Phase Hazard Analyses; Ensuring proper use of Permit To Work System and Job Safety Analysis.

Facilitating Management of Change Formal Risk Assessment sessions for changes to facilities; Facilitating meetings and provision of guidance for HQ BBS Steering Committee (30 members, monthly), HQ Safety Meeting Coordinators (30 members, quarterly) and HQ Emergency Response  (90 members, quarterly).
