Roles, Responsibilities & Working Skills:
  1. Ensuring that all operation under our responsibilities is carried out safely and accordance with company H.S.E standard and work instruction.
  2. Preparing and providing of training on the JHA, JSA, SWP and HIRA
  3. Safety, Health and Environment controls and regulation in order to minimized risk of human loss/disability and material damage.
  4. Preparation of Risk Assessment, Plan and implement safety measures according to Company’s HSE policy.
  5. To Prepare and conduct safety training programs and special courses according to nature of the job.
  6. Preparation of all HSE documentation for the safety Audit including periodical audit for subcontractors.
  7. Ensure proper implementation of safety policies at site.
  8. Monitoring &motivating the different work forces with general safety issues & respective safety precautions and preventive measures.
  9. Strictly adhere to all relevant site safe and health standards &regulations.
  10. Performing rigorous and frequent audits and Inspections.
  11. Conducting &upgrading the HSE awareness programs and HSE Induction Training..
  12. Coordinating subcontractor environmental, Health and welfare programs.
  13. Conduction and documenting of safety Inspections/first aid reports/accidents/incident/Investigation reports.
  14. Directly the implementation of site safety policies including sub contractor as per the Clients HSE Policy.
  15. Reporting and investigating the incident, accident &near misses.
  16. Alerting the workers with respects MSDS before starting with various chemicals and materials.
