Overall responsibility of paramedical and ambulance services to provide by all EMTs on duty and duty supervisors staff.

Overall responsibility to establish operational procedures and policies for organized and effective disaster response. The EMS Chief shall coordinate with the all airport services, procedures and policies to provide maximum utilization of all available resources.

Overall responsibility for field triage, first aid treatment, traffic flow and transportation of all the casualties to the designated medical facilities. The EMS CHIEF Officer should plan and identify roles and responsibilities of each member of the EMS Department for implementation during mayor disasters (MCI System)

Develops and implements policies procedures to inspect personnel, medical supplies, equipment and vehicles to maintain operational readiness all the time.
