I have over 6 years experience as a gym Instructor, where I prepare fitness programs for those attending the gym according to their individual work out needs, carrying out inductions for new members of the gym, showing members how to correctly use gym equipment etc. Successfully passed a Level 2 NVQ Gym Instructor course in 2008.
I hold a First Dan black belt in Kyokushinkaikan Karate, and have taken part in many national karate tournaments in Sri Lanka.

I hold a First Dan black belt in Kyokushinkaikan Karate, and have taken part in many national karate tournaments, accompanied by my master, Branch Chief, Sri Lanka, (Shihan) T.A.N. Siriwardene. I have also had the opportunity to represent Sri Lanka at international tournaments organized by the Kyokushinkaikan Karate Federation. Therefore I enjoy weight lifting and other forms of work outs.

Renaissance Hotel (now Penta Hotel), Oxford Road, Reading. Worked at the Millennium Spa Health and Leisure Club, where my work involved registration of new members, cash handling, welcoming and signing in guests and members at the leisure club reception, giving out advice on how to use gym equipment and keeping all areas clean and tidy and having completed a course in Emergency First Aid in the Workplace, I was an appointed first aider at the spa.
