Short Bio:

I have developed the "Utility Theory" currently being taught to CalTech, co-authored "A System View of Communications: From Signals to Packets" with the nice people at Hong Kong University, also contributed to MIT "Supply Chain Management" theory. In addition I have taken part in DELFT's program on solar energy where we worked together in developing more efficient solar panels.
