• First point of contact for the Health, Safety and Wellbeing Department.

• Process applications from university staff members requiring spectacles, specifically for viewing their VDUs, and distribute vouchers for the purchase of said spectacles as per the optician’s diagnosis

• Monitor the accident reporting system for incident reports and allocate these to the department’s health & safety advisors for follow-up.
