This is another example of how competent I am in this subject area individually, but also when having to work as a team when required. Successful because of my systematic, logical approach to situations, with a creative style when necessary. Completed many technical reports to a high level, and my dissertation was awarded as best in my year.

IT Assistant (May 2013 – September 2013)
Sip Logic, St Annes, England
Telecommunication work, using Teledynamicx software to input multiple vendors and customers onto a switch. Skills I gained from my time here include independent study; where I learned and understood telecommunication operating procedures with no previous knowledge showing aptitude in an unfamiliar situation. I learned intricate complicated software with little training, which is used worldwide and often only used by employees with much more training. As a start-up company, I was cross-trained and given the opportunity to assist on projects where more experience is usually required. When the business expanded I taught my skills to the new employees who needed training on the systems I had learned to use.
IT Administrator (May 2012 – September 2012)
Falstaff Computing, St Annes, England
I was involved in website design and research using Excel and programming software such as Dreamweaver. Websites included bromptonjoinery.co.uk and taffys.com. Here I developed and honed my abilities on Microsoft software such as Word, Excel and Publisher, learned basic code for website design, co-ordinated with pictures and files. I also used Gimp image software to edit and improve images for the sites.

Here, I refined and improved my already strong ability to work as part of a team, especially in a fast-paced and high pressure environment. I became confident performing tasks on my own without help, talking to customers and knowing what I needed to do and when to do it, without being asked.
