Skills I gained from my time here include independent study; where I learned and understood telecommunication operating procedures with no previous knowledge showing aptitude in an unfamiliar situation. I learned intricate complicated software with little training, which is used worldwide and often only used by employees with much more training. As a start-up company, I was cross-trained and given the opportunity to assist on projects where more experience is usually required. When the business expanded I taught my skills to the new employees who needed training on the systems I had learned to use.
