Experience Details

Customer service representative/ receptionist

• Keep records of current customers interactions and actions taken including enquiries, comments etc

• Supplied customers with written responses and information and followed up on customers communications

• Greets customers and introduces him/herself to establish rapport.

• Inform customers of the action(s) taken to meet their needs.

• Ensure customers are satisfied with the actions taken before closing the call.

• Follows up as required after calls to execute agreed upon

• Investigate and solve issues relating to customers.

• Maintain excellent communication with coworkers and supervisors.

• Build excellent rapport with consumers

Customer Service/ Receptionist

• Contact customers as part of the after sales policy of the company and inquire about any problems that they may be facing

• quickly and effectively solves customer problems.

• identifies the specific information needed to clarify the problem or situation.

• asks customers discovery questions to fully understand their needs and issues.

• asks supervisor or coworkers questions to increase knowledge of products, technical requirements, policies etc

• Handle incoming calls from customers and provide information about products and services of the company

Store keeper

• Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and parts.

• ensure all supply areas and shipments are conducted in a highly professional manner and adhere to naval standards and professional ethics.

• Keep record all receiving and inspecting documentation.

• Made arrangements and placed orders for new stock and supplies whenever necessary.

• Responsible for upkeep of various appropriate records of materials received

ALISON: Diploma in Customer Service

OLAMS SENIOR SECONDARY SCHOOL: West African Certificate, Ghana

ST. MARGARET JUNIOR SECONDARY SCHOOL- Basic Education Certificate, Ghana

OSHATRAIN ACADEMY: Introduction To Safety Managements, Effective Accident Investigation
