JOB DESCRIPTION :

32 years experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control Management and Inspections.

• Over all responsibility of Quality Assurance/Quality Control activities in the project and report to corporate Team Management in a project execution organization.

• Ensure that general project procedures are verified in accordance with the planned times and responsibilities assigned in the Project Quality Plan (PQP).

• Review Vendor’s document based from the summary list of requisition and issues Inspection Release Certificate (IRC) during procurement of equipment stage .

• Drafting Quality control procedures and instruction based from Vendor’s document submitted.

• Attend Kick off meeting and conduct Pre- inspection meeting prior to start the fabrication and field work and to conduct weekly meeting with sub contractor.

• Prepares and established Method Statement and Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) in LEIGHTON construction project.

• Conduct lecture and training about Basic Welding Technology at LEIGHTON project site in Toril, Davao City, Philippines.

• Conduct QMS Audit in all discipline and subcontractors in the project.

• Arrange inspection schedule outside project site such as in Davao fabrication shop and Manila supplier and vendor fabrication shop.

• Conduct shop and site inspection based from the Vendor submitted Inspection and Test Plan (ITP).

• Monitors daily inspection and testing activities and to issue Request for Inspection (RFI).

• Review and evaluates authenticity of Material mill certificates and confirms if such is a certified true copy.

• Checks and reviews completeness and accuracy of MDR and control.

• Keeps and control all quality record for safety in ventilated room.

• Witness WPS/PQR and Welders pre-qualification test.

• Hands–on technical experience in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), and in preparation of Welding Procedure and Specification (WPS) and Procedure Qualification Records (PQR)

• Witness all Non- destructive and Destructive testing of materials.

• To issue NCR for non- conforming items and Corrective Action (CAR) activities and monitors the closed out.

• Conduct inspection of the following: welding of piping, pipeline, tanks, equipment, structural steel welding fabrication, erection and installation works in field construction of Oil Refineries, Petrochemicals, Coal Fired Thermal Power Plant, Ferrochrome Plant, Paraxylene, Polyethylene and Offshore projects.

• Prepares project Field Quality Control procedures namely, Inspection Coordination Procedure with the Client, Shop inspection Coordination Procedure with Vendor, Inspection Coordination Procedure with Subcontractor.

• Arrange and invite government inspector to witness inspection activities at fabrication shop or at site.

• Monitor and check JGC QC Construction Management Systems (CMS) in welding data encoding and NDE data encoding and prepare output data reports daily and weekly basis.

• Review of RT films test result, Interpret Dye Penetrant test result and Magnetic Particle test report.

• Conduct Line Check order of piping and pipeline and witness hydrotest and pneumatic testing.

• Conduct Visual inspection of weldment in piping and pipeline either in fabrication shop or at project site.

• Conduct inspection or witness the equipments erection and installations of internal trays and box-up.

• In charge for hand over of QA/QC documents to client after completion of the project.

• Conduct in house lecture and training about Basic Welding Technology at JGC Manila Operation Center (MOC) in Alabang, Manila, Philippines.

• Computer literate such as: Microsoft office like Words, Excels and Windows 7.
