Cooperates with project manager, site manager, engineers and skilled workers, primarily inspect the work initiation, quality and production.

Provides reports for technical revisions and setback occurred on site. Verifies materials, tools and equipments necessary for the project.

DESIGNER/AUTOCAD

Discuss information with the project manager, consultant and client to establish aspects that affects planning of the relations and compositions of the project, such as design, structural preferences, and principle and function.

Prepare automated computer-assisted drafting and technical shop drawings. Create both two-dimensional and three-dimensional renderings of proposals. Make changes to the renderings according to instructions

Prepare cutting list, bill of quantities and specifications of materials to present to the client. Provide list of materials required for the project and place an order to South African product representative.

I work as an Architect in a small firm that is currently involved in working on Petron Oil Company and variety of new projects throughout the Philippines. My main role is divided into two major tasks:

FIELD ARCHITECT/SUPERVISOR

Communicates with architects and/or engineers, initially gains an understanding of the scope and requirements of a project.

Present to the Senior Architect and Engineer for review and discuss any alterations that need to occur.

Supervise fabrication, installation, and arrangement of steel structure for pipe racks and water, drainage, gas and toxic pipings, fixtures, paint and coverings and other related items.

DRAFTSMAN/AUTOCAD OPERATOR

Confer with client to determine factors affecting planning environments, such as budget, architectural preferences, and purpose and function.

Estimate material requirements and costs, and present design to client for approval.

Advise client on design factors, such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishing, equipment, and color coordination.

Prepare both manual and automated computer-assisted drafting. Create both two-dimensional and three-dimensional renderings of the finished project.

Make changes to the renderings according to instructions
