HRIS is a SharePoint application that provides central access to all Human Resource operation and completely automated. It has 3 modules that are Employee Recruitment, Employee OnBoarding, and Leave Management. Employee Recruitment module automates the entire process of recruiting the employee beginning from posting the requirements from project manager, publishing the job postings and entire selection procedure and releasing the offer letter.

Employee OnBoarding process automates entire process of employee joining the company and the mentorship program and setting the KPI’s to the employee. Leave Management process allows the employee to apply the leave and be able the view the leave reports and other leave details. Skelta workflows are used to drive the process and SharePoint 2010 is used store the documents and Skelta workflows are triggered from SharePoint document libraries when the document is uploaded to SharePoint site. Skelta Outlook Plugins are configured for users to make the approvals from outlook. Web parts are created for viewing reports. Lot of customization is done to make the SharePoint Site be Central portal from where entire operations are done and Skelta Drives the Process..
