 Technical training about Cupper, Bodymaker,Washer and Decorator maintenance and operation.
 Cupper press(MINSTER,USA.)250CPM 150TONS ,CARNAUD METALBOX,UK make Body maker m/c (500SPM),Cincinnati Washer setup and commissioning done.
 Setting up & maintain the machines to produce Cans at maximum OEE and optimum quality standards.
 Monitoring constantly, the quality of components being produced on the machines under control.

Equipment Handled

 Minster make Dual slide PLC controlled high speed mechanical 150ton power press having 80-400SPM for producing cups.
 Can bodymaking Wall ironing machine CMB BM-5500 with output of 450CPM.
 Stationary die set(TG CAN,UK) having maximum of 14stations with various upper and lower toolings for making cups
 Can Washing system of 7 stages with chemical washing and treatment to remove organic and inorganic materials from aluminium can to achieve food grade quality.

 Performs TPM Planned and preventive maintenance of machines as and when required
 Striving for continual improvement to ensure optimum product quality through the use of ISO 9002 & SPC procedures to maintain the Cp and CPk value 1.33 and above.
 Monitoring constantly, the quality of components being produced on the machines under control.

 Forced water cooling system introduced for better cooling system & dry floor area in place of gravity feed system.
