I believe I have the qualities to be an outstanding teacher. Passion for the subject is not enough; it has to be more. The effective teacher has to create a secure but challenging, positive learning atmosphere with high expectations. The lessons have to be fun, incorporating real-life experiences as opportunities for learning. I always give the students space and time to answer challenging questions which incorporates collaborative learning with discussion.
