• Implemented a new brand platform for the Re:member Card brand which included a new creative concept and changed media strategy.

• After my graduation, I joined the Swedish/African start-up company Next Generation Broadcasting (NGB) as their Management Trainee. After one year I was promoted to Project Manager and successively Communications Manager and the various roles gave great insights in the different aspects and challenges of running a large-scale start-up company.

• The company developed and operated Pay TV services on the digital terrestrial television networks in emerging markets, primarily in Africa where we operated the pay TV brand Smart TV in Ghana, Kenya and Uganda.

• Examples of projects I managed were: procurement and implementation of a new internal communication system, implementation of a web platform for the Smart TV brand, implementation of a Corporate Governance model for the NGB Group, development of a reporting model for our New Market Agents.

• During my Trainee period I supported the CEO and Executive Management in their daily work. My tasks were largely diversified and spanned from preparation of board presentations, development of market entry strategies and financial budgets to participate in due diligence processes with external investors to raise funds for further expansion.

• Working in an ambiguous start-up environment made me develop a great skillset of multitasking, problem solving and hands on execution, which has been invaluable throughout my career.
