SEDA (Small Enterprise Development Agency – developing the emerging entrepreneurial market in South Africa) and AMSCO (African Management Services Company – developing the African Corporate market) became regular clients. I concentrated on developing their entrepreneurs and business analysts on an on-going basis whereas consulting services to AMSCO clients was predominantly in the field of customer orientation and provision of high quality customer service delivery.
