I have been working since last 15 years in field of instrumentation and control. I have working experience in L.N.G. Plant, GTL Plant, Refinery, Petrochemicals, Oilfields, Chemical plants. My comprehensive experience includes preventive and corrective maintenance of field instruments and control systems, shut down plant maintenance, construction and commissioning project. Very well aware about safety in oil and gas industry, Sound knowledge of hazardous zone classifications, Familiar with API, ISO standards, Familiar in Field bus Foundation and HART application, I have experience in loop checking & trouble shooting in Yokogawa CS 1000/3000 DCS, Honeywell TDC 3000 DCS & Honeywell TPS, Experion PKS DCS/FSC, Honeywell Safety Manager PLC, Emerson Delta-v DCS, HIPPS Systems, Enraf Tank Gauging system, F&G System Triconex, Hima PLC, vibration monitoring system, Mark v, BMS system, I have fair Knowledge in CMMS, Sap and Maximo system, I am able to read drawings as like P&ID, loop drawings, schematic diagrams, logic diagrams cause and effects sheet, hook-up drawings cable schedule, JB & panel wiring diagrams, instrument hook up drawings, instrument data sheets, plot plan etc.

Experience Overview

Maintenance Experience

 Online preventative and corrective maintenance of field instruments and systems, breakdown maintenance, shut down maintenance

 Trouble shooting and configuration on various Smart devices such as HART Protocol Instruments , Foundation Field bus Protocol Instruments,

 Alarm and Trip checks of ESD system and control loop, Fire and gas system

 Organize available manpower according to planned job and urgent job as requirements,

 Overhauling of all types of control valve, actuator, level troll, SOV.

 Control loop testing, ESD loop testing,

 Calibration of pneumatic pressure transmitter, level transmitter, Pressure Switch, Loop checking of instrument wiring, termination of internal wiring for the DCS cabinet, assisting to vendor, termination of secondary cable for Fire & Gas detector, conducts preliminary inspection with sub-contractors & the final inspection with the client inspectors on field instrument installation.
