Ensure that HSE management system conforms to international regulations, standards, company policies, core values and legal, business and client requirements are enforced. Generate annual HSE goals, Initiatives, training plan and HSE tracking system based on the previous year HSE performance. Execute gap safety analyses and HSE assessments for activities at organizational unit level the scope of the assessment covers appraisal of operation and provides sufficient information to assess general standards. Ensure that the knowledge of authorization, regulations, and processes offshore/onshore sites are updated and disseminated conducting internal and external safety audits.

 Plan, track and report HSE issues in operations to ensure that the knowledge and awareness of operating HSE standards and regulations applicable to the organization, workers and the knowhow of operating equipment and machinery safely is updated and circulated.

 Handle and operate crude oil and LPG vessels in respect of navigation and implementation of all related maritime law and regulation.

 The knowhow/Know do skills to operate and maintain high technology for various types of machinery, appliances, equipment, pumps, condensers, high-pressure vessels safety valves and comprehensive hardware/soft skills.
