I am a versatile and responsible Customer Service Professional. I am actively seeking a position in a world class customer service company which will utilise the multitude of skills I have developed as airline cabin crew, also from working with the public in the fields of teaching, retail and hospitality.

As cabin crew it was a thrilling and rewarding role. I underwent three weeks of training which included first aid, aviation security, customer service, health and safety, security procedures. On the aircraft my job was to care for the passengers, perform first aid when necessary, ensure of safety and comfort and to always be alert for the worst-case scenario. It was a very demanding job but very enjoyable and greatly rewarding. I also wrote for the staff magazine.
