Project Manager for the construction of El-Khayyat Shopping Center with 200 car underground parking, land escape,& glass gallery. Several venders & Suppliers delivered the works packages.

 Prequalification & approval of contractors &suppliers . Analyze & report tenders.

Client: Ministry of Interior C.W. includes construction of new Building Facilities .Create the civil work tech. Prepare Project RFP, & RFQ. Analysis tender. Approve invoices. Lead Dallah/ contractor C .W. Procurement meeting.

Responsibility: Manage the execution,& the supervision of the construction work for facility buildings as per project quality, drawings, time frame ,& within the budget. Forecast manpower, material & equipment.

• QC Chief Supervisor at ABV. @ Jeddah & Medina Sites 8 1/2 yrs. Section head for lab ,of 54 personal , that performed standard tests for materials are per the tech. specs & QC/QA Dept. requirements.
