My role was to research, identify, procure, manage and deliver innovative and creative proposals for residential, retail and mixed-use projects in partnership with local authorities, registered providers, investors, and private developers. Framework application and management also reflected a core part of my role. My core strengths are identifying client win themes, bid writing and managing virtual bid teams, from front line business development managers to technical experts.

During my time at United House I strategised and implemented an ISO:9001 certified bid governance model based on Shipley and best practise methodology. I increased the new build quality led bid and proposals win ratio by circa 30%. My win rate upon my departure was 83.5%.

  • Research and monitor industry activity and ensure acquisition of bid opportunities (OJEU)
