Asset Manager Services

o Provides inquiry and operational support to internal and external clients on complex, high risk asset servicing functions.

o Performs operational tasks as necessary.

o Tracks and conducts research using internal and external sources to respond to and resolve complex inquiries and issues.

o Ad-hoc onboarding of new investment managers

o Maintains accurate records of research, follow up and client/IM interaction.

o Liaises with the operations teams to solve processing problems. Identify the need for escalation of issues.

o Proactively identifies service issues with client/IM facing impact and brings them to the attention of appropriate parties for resolution.

o Responsible for a group of global institutional clients, managing their global custodian needs

o Dealing with their day to day needs, ensuring that all internal and external Service Level Agreements and Operating Memorandum obligations are met.

o Establish strong and productive relationships with the Relationship Management and Client Services team to ensure custody services delivers against commitments made to clients through service reviews

o Working across a range of financial products (equities, fixed income, unit trusts, hedge funds, FX etc), working with corporate action teams and local market custodians
