High Court Enforcement Officer

Responsible for enforcing court orders on behalf of the High Court and recovering outstanding monies owed under the High Court Judgment. Required to seize goods and sell them on to recompense the amount of debt outstanding. A need to demonstrate a sound working knowledge of relevant laws and legislation. Required to produce pre-legal reports for each individual case. Formulate and arrange installment payment plans. Prepare, issue and organize the recovery of goods and possessions. Respond to written enquiries. Verify cases for write off and the tracing of absconders. Monitoring of daily cash posting reports to ensure correct allocation of payments to accounts subject to enforcement actions. Liaise with the police and various other companies and organizations to achieve a successful outcome that protects and provides agreement for both parties in the case.
