2014 – Present

Client: Department for Transport (UK)

Project manager for assessing changes in the fares regulation policy and their impacts upon the commercial position of Train Operating Companies (TOCs). The project includes the development of bespoke models and the review of analysis carried out by the TOCs. The project supports the Department for Transport in the negotiations with the TOCs following the revisions to premium / subsidy payments, including the review of TOC models and their economic arguments.

The project is being delivered using PRINCE2, under which the project’s supply chain is required to operate.

Task manager, responsible for the delivery and administration of AWARD, an on-line evaluation tool used for tender evaluation. AWARD was used for the prequalification, draft final tender and final tender evaluations. The M25 DBFO project comprised of the widening of various sections of the motorway to dual four lanes and its operation and management by the DBFO company for a 30 year contract term (£6billion).
