• Creating risk assessment for all products categories and modules complying with international specifications “BRC – ISO 22000 – YUM”.

• A self-motivation trial for developing bone eliminator device to increase the extraction power of bones from meat which decrease the risk of physical hazard by (32X) from original factor as a corrective action for customer complaints which received from catering restaurants to develop the control measures of critical control points to a level considered safe and comply with international specifications and the trails had been published for all Americana factories and the modifications applied to all Americana products HACCP plan”.
