Maintained the workstations by troubleshooting hardware and software.Connected

networks in the department and used a DHCP server for creating IP addresses

Involved in projects in the electrical and electronic engineering

sector and played a vital role in the distribution sales of lighting and audio

equipment at locations around Malaysia. The projects value from

RM 500000 to more than RM 1 million. The duration of the projects from

start to finish spans from a couple of months to more than 2 years.

In the field of distribution sales, a market survey was done and then

the list of competitors and their role was taken into account. A comparison

of price for quality and demand were taken into account before penetrating

into new markets. The customer base was widened for existing products.

A price survey was done for all products to make the products even more

competitive. In the field of project sales, products which rated high on the

price versus quality measurement was taken as these are very well accepted

in projects especially large private projects and government tenders.


Toprank Corporation Sdn. Bhd. –Project Engineer-2006-2007


The role as a Project Engineer is to provide technical design for Power Transmission and Distribution (T&D) turnkey projects in Malaysia. The technical areas handled are in the field of data communications using Remote Terminal Units including SCADA Systems, design of substations, feeder pillars, and control panels for power system design and switchgears for protection. Once the tender is accepted, a total solution package is provided to the clientele at an agreed cost. The clientele varies from those in the public sector to others in the private sector and the projects cost vary from hundreds of thousands of ringgits to millions of ringgits. The National Electric Utility (Tenaga Nasional Berhad) plays a vital role in high voltage equipment design and is the main client involving with the majority of projects in Malaysia.    


Sigmaline Technologies Sdn. Bhd. & Cosmopoint Sdn. Bhd.- Account Manager & Project Engineer-2008-2012 

Role is of project management and account management in the areas of Automation and ELV systems.In addition to that, was involved in the sales and services in the IT and Telco sector. Products marketed include  ADSL and SDSL modems for home and SMEs.All products and services are under the Telekom Malaysia Berhad brand.

Furthermore, have done work in installation and after sales of building management systems,pre sales of CCTV and IT products.

Involved with resellers incorporating OEM original equipment parts.Am well versed  both in the vertical and horizontal markets. At the same time am able to have leverage on business deals.


Voluntary and work

Helped to assist some part time students to use ERACS and PSpice software packages to solve problems regarding electronic schematics. Learned Information Technology programmes such as A+ and Network+ independently. Studied project management and schematics drawing for project applications .In addition to that, learned pricing, marketing methods as well as building a customer base for business.

Hobbies and Interests


Hobbies include reading, computer games, cooking, travelling and football. Technological interests include Networking (wired, wireless and security) as well as software development and architecture.
