• Responsible for quality monitoring for all stages of construction and pre-commissioning

up to final acceptance to ensure compliance with applicable standards and project

Specification.

• Performed review Contractor's construction and pre-commissioning phase Quality Plan,  including the Inspection and Test Plan(ITP), prior to the start of any construction or pre- commissioning activity, in accordance with company procedures and international  standards.

• Managed a group of Inspectors, performance review, daily supervision, mentoring and training.

• Monitor sub-contractor Quality Control Program. This includes site inspection for compliance with  Contract Documents, approved submittals and electrical codes.

• Review and respond to sub-contractors technical queries and coordinate with Engineering  Department on technical issues.

• Participate in construction progress meetings. Participate in final inspection and prepare punch  lists.

• Evaluate contractor monthly performance for their Project Quality Index (PQI).

SP3-Solid handling Package & SP7- NGL Terminals (Offshore)

Duties and Responsibilities:


• Responsible for quality monitoring and inspection support for project during the proposal,  design and procurement phases to ensure compliance with the quality standard.

• Participate in clarification meeting with vendors and ensure that their works are in  accordance with the required technical specifications and requirements.

•Perform and conduct technical and commercial bid evaluation for equipment/materials  selection and make final recommendations, reviews and make comments/ mark-ups for  all vendor documents and drawings.

•Reviews policies, quality programs, and project implementation schemes of package  contracts.

•Review and approved Contractors ,Sub-Contractors and vendor (ITP) Inspection and Test  Plan,(IAP) Inspection Assignment Package.

•Evaluate contractor monthly performance for their Project Quality Index (PQI).
