Electrical Engineer looking for work in Europe, USA

I have experience as a Test engineer in an electrical laboratory (measuring, testing, adjustment and start-up of electrical relays, industrial installation and appliances MV and LV), a technician (maintenance, fault finding problem-solving and assembling container’s cranes), a Project engineer, an Electrical Supervisor, a Maintenance engineer. As a Project engineer, I was responsible for the organization, control and start of the new production line (electrical part). I liaised with suppliers, investors, designers, builders, subcontractors. A big part of designing of the project was mine. As a Maintenance engineer (chemical plant - installed electrical power 330MW with grids 110KV, 10KV, 6KV, 0.4KV), I was in charge of 85 people from Electrical division. I was responsible for ISO 9001 (technical divisions of the plant), delivery of spare parts for electrical division and consumption of electrical energy for “Polimery” AD, as well. For my work in the plant, I have a recommendation from the executive director and a reward from the owner. 2014 my employer was the Italian company “Sices S.P.A.” I worked as part of an international team in Electrical Department (consortium Technip/Sices) as an electrical supervisor. Technip/Sices was the main builder in the largest project currently in Bulgaria (refinery Heavy Residue Process Complex), more than 1 billion Euros and more than 3 000 workers on site. I have sales experience 10 years, as a technical and sales engineer in Eaton industries - 6 years and 4 years in Cablecommerce as a Head of a department-delivery and sales electrical materials and apparatuses. I have created many contacts in Bulgaria with personnel mainly in industrial, utility and big building companies. The biggest presentation of Eaton (Varna and Burgas) and Siemens (Burgas) in Bulgaria were organised by me. I speak English and Russian, have A1 in German language and very good computer literacy. Since July.2015, I’ve worked for engineering company “Motherwell Bridge” (maintenance and assembling of container’s cranes) in Malta (Malta Freeport). I took part in projects for assembling 40t cranes in port Valencia, Spain and fully automated cranes (цоммиссионинг оф ARTG) in Indonesia. I quit MBS in September 2016 and I worked in Netherlands for engineering company “Verwater”, objects “ETA” (Euro Tank Amsterdam) and OTA (Oil Tank Amsterdam). I have VCA and NEN-3140 certificates for work in the industry. 2017 I was part of a team – designing of power supply (40MW) factory (using Eplan)and prepare the company for accreditation as an \"Inspection body\" according to standard EN ISO 17020:2012. Last my employer is Siemens. Since April 2018 I work for it as a Site manager (contract until finishing of project) – project “Metro line III”, Sofia.
