SRQA/ QC Engineer PETROJET

From Aug 2010 till now in the following projects:

 ETHEDCO PROJECT (ETHEDCO –TOYO-ENPPI-PETROJET)

 BUILD AN NGL PLANT IN RAS SHUKHEIR ( EBGDCO-ENPPI-EXTRAN-PETROJET)

 AMER8 PLATFORM AND ONSHORE FACILITES ( GPC ENPPI PETROJET)

DUTIES &RESPOSIBILITES:

* In the development and preparation of Project QA Program which addresses the QA Management System to be adopted in accordance with ISO9001:2008 Quality System prior to commencement of the project.

*Responsible for implementation and control of Company’s Quality Manual and Operating procedures.

*Develop, implement, monitor and maintain a Quality Plan for current and future project phases

*Develop required quality process descriptions and procedures

*Sees to it that the company Quality Policy statement is properly disseminated understood and applied its implementations by among the project personnel.

*Prepares Internal Quality Audit program for each calendar year and organize Audit team for its implementation at the project level.

*Participate in the Management review Meetings as the Management formal forum of discussions in presenting and seeking resolution/corrective actions to the reported and outstanding Non-compliance reports and customer complaints of the project.

*Provides technical assistance to the Project task force in the preparation of the Project Quality Plan and its updating.

*Provide technical assistance in organizing a suitable Project QA/QC Team for newly awarded contract projects.

*Provide other technical assistance to the top management in preparation of other relevant project documents.

*Provide technical assistance to in-house manpower training and development program in collaboration with the HRD.

*Prepare and design the QA/QC plan of the Work shop

*Review, evaluate and audit the effectiveness of the quality system and to verify compliance of work output with, or identify area of non-conformance to specifications, standards and conditions specified in contracts.

DUTIES &RESPOSIBILITES:

 Responsible to conduct inspection as per the inspection testing plan (ITP) and overall project quality plan.

 Perform all internal inspections and coordinates with the client representative for external inspections.

 Prepares and comply QA/QC documents and records as per the clients’ requirements, submits to client to obtain job competition certificate.

 Coordinates with the construction team related to all QA/QC matters.

 Carrying out and coordinating various Quality Assurance and Quality Control verification.

 Assist project Quality Manager with implementation, monitoring and support of project Quality Management System activities.

 Perform Fabrication Inspections.

 Perform Quality Assurance Audits/Reviews.

 Responsible for WPS, PQRs, WPQT and welder performance.

 Responsible for test packages activities including verification of welding completion.

 reviewing &approval of welding summary sheet to insure completion of welding &NDT testing as per project specification
