Experience
2014 – Office Manager for a US Company that has opened its activity with an R&D Center where I am currently working also as Facility Manager.
-As Office Manager main duties are the local HR responsibility, the budget control and the communications internal and external to local Authorities and Utilities.

2013 – Area Senior Consulting for a Rep Company located in Germany and with representatives all over Europe.
-The position has the responsibility of represent Companies developing Electronics and Telecommunications Components and System (including GPON devices) for the South Europe Market (Italy, Turkey, Greece and Italian speaking Switzerland).

2012 – 2011 Account Manager for the US Semiconductor Company Vitesse, with the responsibility to support Tier 1 Telecom Suppliers for the Italian Market and all Suppliers for South Europe.
-Key Account Manager for Italian Telecom and Industrial Components and System distributor.

2010 – 1980 Ericsson
2009 – 2010 Senior Manager (Sweden) working as Program/Project Manager for Ericsson International Projects. The activity has been of pure Project Management having the full responsiibility of Time, Budget, Staffing and Deliverables.

2005 – 2008 Site Manager of the R&D Site in Rome (Italy), including responsibility for both the R&D Design Center, and the Working Environment and Infrastructure (IS/IT, Premises, Administrative Services, Security and Safety).

2004 – 2005 R&D Staff Function Manager (Finance, HR, IS/IT, Resource Planning) with the mission to optimize the Organization in terms of Process and People. An average of 800K€/Year has been saved at the end of the Change Program.
