Through the use of available or underutilized resources within urban settings we create micro-interventions and ad-hoc projects with the collaboration of local authorities, other NGOs and institutions with the aim to mobilize the public to become more active citizens. Managing Director of GMT+2, a digital performance media agency. Through the application of in-depth channel knowledge of: Direct Response Marketing, Affiliate, Lead Generation, Paid Search, Display, Mobile and Social Media; successful strategizes and executes profitable online-performance campaigns for local and international start-up businesses. Offering consultation services and strategic hands-on campaign management; to a number of businesses in different verticals, sectors and territories. Within one year of practice she built up her clients’ start up businesses from scratch and generated approx £33M Turnover.

Omnicom Media Group Jul 2008– Dec 2011

Head of Online Lead Generation/Affiliates responsible for new business development and expansion of the performance and digital partnership teams across the 5 largest agencies within the Omnicom Group (M2M, Rocket, MGOMD, OMD and PHD Media).

 Invented one of the most profitable products for the Group, grew department team and developed client base. Experience on 40+ key agency accounts half of which she single-handedly pitched, won and managed. Responsibilities included digital strategy, product development, product positioning, training, technical integration, campaign set up, negotiations and management of agencies, publishers, suppliers, team and clients, whilst making sure that all targets are met against own P&L (over £3M in Billings a year).

 Explored new revenue opportunities, contributed in all strategic business planning and decision making; whilst ensuring that both self and the team delivers against targets, KPIs and deadlines. Provided team with relevant training, guidance and support on their day-to-day client and publisher relationships and oversaw the technical implementation, negotiations and management of key accounts.

 Involvement with Econometrics in developing new performance tools in measuring and publishing the impact of traditional forms of marketing. Publicizing best practice case studies on innovative and execution of online performance campaigns in the UK.

 Was shortlisted twice for innovative use of Affiliate Marketing at the NMA (New Media Age) and A4U awards.
