I did apprenticeship in Diesel Plant Fitting in Zimbabwe from 1990 to 1994 and qualified with a distinction. I have 21 years experience on heavy diesel equipment mainly Caterpillar. I have covered troubleshooting, repairs and rebuilds of Bulldozers, Scrapers, Excavators, Dumpers, Graders, TLBs, Forklifts, light trucks and lorries. Have worked in workshop, on construction site, mines and manufacturing environment. I also have good supervision experience.

A qualified Diesel Plant Fitter/ Mechanic with 20 years of experience in performing repairs, service and maintenance on earth-moving equipment, road trucks, forklifts, light vehicles and small plant.

 Ability to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, rebuild or replace various systems and components, including engines, brakes, transmissions, differentials, steering systems, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems;

 Good knowledge of computer diagnostics and electronic troubleshooting.

 Ability to supervise, train and lead workshop staff.

 Good knowledge of OSHA practices and 5S

 Good organizational, decision-making, and time-management skills.

 Good interpersonal and communication skills

 Sound computer skills including Microsoft Office, Fleet maintenance, inventory and diagnostic software.
