Integrated Project Planning and Forecasting (IPPF) Blue Harmony [IBM].

The IPPF solution provides a key resource for project managers and partners to help in managing and controlling project financial and non financial information through Project Financial Control (planning, reconciliation and forecasting), Non-financial project assessments and Integration with back end systems. The solution receives data from various IBM systems and presents this to the project manager to enable them to better understand the performance of their project. The objective is to provide project managers and business operations with the set of Cognos reports.

Responsibilities: Data Modeling(star schema design), developing of logical and physical data models. Data analysis.

Designing and implementing new data structures and attributes when appropriate.

Responsible for maintaining Framework Manager Models.

Create and maintain system documentation including report, end user documents.

Responsible for tuning and optimization of the reporting solution and creating of FM models.

PgMP reporting project addresses both functional and performance needs of PgMP reporting by Developing a new data structure, Addition of data from trusted data sources to provide integrated view, Create Cognos reports based on business needs that are currently created manually.

Responsibilities: Developing Cognos 8 BI FM model and Cognos 8/10 reports (crosstabs, lists and complex dashboards).

 Provides a single point of information (dashboard) for executives and business analysts

 Adapts with changing business requirements as the Report Writers (also known as “Brio Power Users”) incorporate new data sources and generate reports as needed by the business.

DWDM is a part of Business Intelligence Central for Services which is hosted within the WW Business Metrics Organization.

A Global Technology Services (GTS) project intended to move work force productivity reporting onto a standard platform and, to the extent possible, establish a common vocabulary for GTS and its sub-brands with respect to WFP metrics and associated dimensions.

Responsibilities: Developing Cognos 8 BI FM model and Cognos 8/10 reports (crosstabs, lists and complex dashboards).

Responsible for tuning and optimization of the reporting solution and creating of FM models.

CLD/TSD [IBM]. The main task of the CLD/TSD project are creating of the Technical Services Dashboard that consists of nine distinct screens, each providing a different view of Technical Services data. The filters allow you to customize and view the data in the way most appropriate to you. These filters are available on every page and control all reports and screens simultaneously. Each screen consists of several charts and lists of data.

RM Application Maintenance. The main task of the RM Application Maintenance project is to integrate Cognos functionality into IBM “Metro” application. Main directions are Resource Tracking Application (static (HC) and dynamic parts), SLMT report (hiring requests life cycle), RPA progress reports (business metrics views). Reports are based on Metro operational database and DT&C database.
