CYLE trading LTD has been endorsed by the Government of the Republic of Cyprus as the most reliable supplier of Ductile Iron products for three consecutive years. I successfully negotiated renewal of the framework agreement for another four years

Key Achievements: Managed to outsource 70 % of the customization processes to external suppliers and sold the equipment. This enabled the organisation to achieve savings as regards to electricity, raw material and labour to the tune of 80 k Euros/ year. Purchased and implemented an automated bar code system for all the products in the warehouse. This maximised efficiency leading to faster preparation of orders, faster lead-times, and reduction of labour. This automation also gave instant visibility to the sales department leading to same time information provided to the customers. Saving with the implementation of the barcode system were to the tune of 130 k Euros/ year.
