Provide the overall site organization, management, coordination, supervision, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects in remote Libyan desert Oil Fields, ensuring that assigned projects are completed safely, on time and according to design, QC standards, budget, company strategy, goals and objectives

• Organization and care of entire camp life for 50-150 multinational and multicultural people (delivery of food, water, fuel, keep level of camp hygiene, discipline and security, medical protection, transport of people, camp maintenance, free activities….)

• Leadership a team of Site Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Instrument Engineers and Technicians

• Organization, supervision and control mechanical, piping, civil, electrical and instrumentation project activities

• Reporting to Company General Construction Manager

• Review, interpreting and analyze Scope of Work, drawings and project documentation

• Preparing and obtaining Daily Permit to Work, Job Safety Analyze, Risk Assessments and Method of Statements

• Performing Daily pre-job / Safety meetings, Site visits and Kick of Meetings

• Communication, coordination and meetings with clients and contractors management

• Making and distribution of all relevant Daily, Weekly and Monthly progress and required project documentation

• Provide Engineering Support and organization of overall site workshop activities

SITE / PROJECT MANAGER Client: HAROUGE OO (Site Ghani and En Naga – Libya)

○Flow Line Master Service Agreement (Pipeline, Flow line, Wellhead and Manifold piping construction and installation)

Successful managed and completed thousands meters of underground and over ground pipe/flow/trunk lines with difference diameters (1”-30”) and materials (steel, stainless steel, GRP, GRE, HDPE, PE)

 Equipped and connected in Oil Field system over 70 oil, gas and water ESP and SRP wells (Jack-Lufkin pumps)

 Supervising of NDT, Pigging, Pressure-leak/Hydro test, Dewatering, Holiday test, Road Crossing, Sandblasting, Painting, Wrapping and installation activities

 Coordinating of Tie-in and Hot-tap activities

○Installation / Erection of New Raw Water Tank 20000 bbl, bolted type

○Conversion of H2S Stripper to Degassing Boot

○Upgrade of Fiscal Metering System

○Power Generation & Distribution Upgrade

SITE MECHANICAL ENGINEER; SITE MANAGER Client: ZUEITINA Oil Company (Site Sabah – Libya)

○Installation of Sulzer Turbine and Injection-Weir Pump

 As Site Engineer supported and coordinated site activities between company, vendor, contractor and client

 Troubleshooting, review, interpretation of drawings and documentation

○Installation/ Erection of New Crude Oil Tank, welded type, capacity 7000m³ (60500 bbl)

 As Site Manager supervised and controlled contractors activities and all project activities

SITE MANAGER Client: AGOCO Oil Company (Site Sarir – Libya)

○Upgrade of Pump Station ○Pipe / Flow line Project ○Repair of 30” main Oil Shipping Line

 Managed overall activities related to installation, connection, alignment and startup of Salt Water Pumps

 Led construction and installation underground pipe lines and maintenance/repair of main oil shipping line

SITE SUPERVISOR Client: Wintershall Oil Company (Site Nafoora – Libya)

○Upgrade of Gas plant/Debottlenecking ○Periodical Shut Down / Maintenance of Gas plant

 Supervised construction activities related to increase client Gas capacity

 Led mechanical crew during Periodical shut down and Maintenance of Gas plant; Reported to Site Manager

MECHANICAL and PIPING SUPERVISOR Client: GMRA (Site Tazerbo – Libya)

○Great Man Made River Project / Installation of 54 Water Pumps & Filter / Degassing Stations

 As part of that time the biggest world water project, supervised mechanical and piping crews during construction and installation of 54 Water Pump Stations, used GRP piping material and special water degassing filter technology; Provided safe and effective work; Reported to Site Manager

All above mentioned projects I successful completed, managed and carried out in remote desert oil fields, working under pressure and with limited resources and what is most important without any serious injuries and accident of manpower.
