Lifting Manager

Working as lifting manager responsible for cranes and lifting equipment. Duties include looking after all aspects of the company’s Middle East cranes and lifting equipment on board the 10 rigs currently in the Middle East.

Setting out scheduled maintenance for the all 48 crane’s on the rigs and making sure they are in compliance with Rowans policy and our client’s policy.

Implement policy for the safe operation of cranes and lifting equipment in line with API standards and manufactures recommended practices.

Writing and Conducting crane operation courses for all new crane operators Saudi and Expats. Also training forklift operators for warehouse. Other training courses rigging and slinging writing of lift plans and safe crane use for the warehouse staff.
