Mostly fabricating 3-6” 300lb Duplex nozzles, hydraulic flange testing 3000 psi and installation of 10” stainless steel de-watering system.

Worked on the re-fit of the internal 6” carbon steel schedule 20 and hydro-static testing of systems from ISO-GA and PID drawings.

Measured, fabricated and installed 8” stainless steel ring water main system whilst working within a live plant, installed 2” stainless steel caustic systems, hydraulic bending of 1” carbon steel drain legs, re-routing of 16” steam header branches, replaced 16” valves and torqued.

Nuclear, Reactor in-vessel training, removal and reinstatement of 2” stainless steel BIF pipe work, drilling of purge holes , plasma cutting training, installation of 1/2” stainless steel injection pipe work.

BP, 16” duplex cyclone pipe work and anchors, flange alignment, grinding of root welds and hydraulic flange testing.

Pipe fitter, Woodgroup (1 year). Flotta oil terminal and Claymore platform, offshore.

Shutdown work involving destruction/construction of 6” pump pipe work and installation of re-routed system, replaced 16” spiral wound gaskets on steam system.
