 Responsible for handling contract dealing and interpreting contract provisions criticality (Government, Contractor and Independent Engineer).

 Single point liaison and coordination with multiple departments for different process lines.(Consultants, CE,IE, Client, Contractors and Govt)

 Preparation of Technical & Commercial negotiation with the Bidders (Vendors), etc.

 Monitoring performance of contracts against performance indicators to ensure that all obligations under agreements are adhered to, in accordance with contractual agreements.

 Accountable for managing contract claims, EoT and variations in accordance with contract provisions & procedures.

 Effectively and accurately communicating relevant project information to the client and project team.

 Arranging meetings with Client, Contractor, Concessionaire Engineer and Independent Engineer and assisting them with determination of project requirements; ensuring that project requirements are met in a timely and cost effective manner.

 Reviewing field inspection reports from Consultants throughout the lifecycle of the project; tracking & managing contemplated change notices and change orders.

 Keep the Management and others informed about project status and issues that may impact the project interests.
