Present Employment:
EQUATE,KUWAIT

Working as Project Construction Coordinator forProjects and Turn Around for different Projects,responsible for Civil,Structural,Mechanical,Piping and E&I activities.

Participate in meeting with PMC (Technip,USA) and EQUATE Engineering Team during different phases of the Project,Plans,Directs and Supervise the overall construction activity.

Report to the Snr.Project Leader. Working closely with Snr.Project Leader & Design Engineers prior and during project execution.Responsible for internal Constructabilty review during design and prior hand over to Construction Engineers.Supervise overall Construction activities. Communicate with Design and Materials Department to ensure all drawing and material will be available during construction execution. Make sure the safe execution of construction activities managed by the E&C Department. Participate in the construction contracting strategy developments where required.Provides assistance in construction activities in other areas where required. Participate in weekly construction review meetings. Assist the EPC Contractor and sub-contractors in the implementation of site specific HSE program, emergency response and evacuation drill programs. Participate in incident/accident investigation and prevention of recurrence. Ensure construction work carried out in accordance with rules, regulations, standards and permit to work procedures. Review the construction sequence/logic, work plan/procedures and pre-task planning to ensure comprehensive feasibility and safety. Provide assistance and direction in the Mechanical Completion, Commissioning, and Start-up activities of the plant working with all parties to facilitate these activities.

Actively participates in ensuring and enforcing construction safety both for company personnel and contractors. Actively participates in the aiming for zero,Behaviour Based Process Safety Observation program and ensures the successful application of the program within the construction group as well as within the contractors.

Preparation of Tie In packages,Follow up with the Engineering and Materials department, follow up with the contractor for the fabrication&execution jobs,make sure that the project is going as per schedule,Organize meetings with Operation department for the coordination of tie in activities,take the lead role in the Tie In execution.

Previous Experience :

1) Tecnicas Reunidas
Worked as Lead Field Engineer for Sahil and Shah Full Field Development Project (US $ 5 Billion) for ADCO,Abu Dhabi.

Working at the capacity of Field Engineering Manager for one of the two sites (Shah) dealing all the Engineering and Construction & Tie In issues by coordinating with Clent,Contractor and Tecnicas Design office at Madrid.

To have discussions with Contractors’ Engineering Team on different Engineering issues and find Solutions for them.

Address all the Site Engineering issues,Have meeting with Engineers at the Design office to get their input for solving different site issues.

Manage and maintain the Field Engineering activities on site,drawings,specifications,field requisitions,as built drawings Etc.Make sure that the scope of work is completed and handed over to the client on time.Provide constructability input to design and execution processes.Ensure that all field engineering activities are carried out in accordance with agreed engineering practices and procedures.

Managing piping fabricatio & erection & Tie In jobs during Shut down.

3) Qatar Petroleum
Worked for Qatar Petroleum for two Shut Down Projects.

Duties and Responsiblites:

Overall Co Ordination and supervision of Replacement of Reactor and Regenerator internals. Including Fabrication and erection of Equipment & Piping Fabrication & Erection

Worked as Lead Inspector for the OL2K, PE Expansion Project (US $ 5 Billion) for EQUATE.

Coordinating the Inspection activities of different disciplines of Client’s and Contractors’Inspection Departments.
