  • I founded this consultancy business to provide the following ‘business project management services’ to clients:
  1. Project Consultancy - project reviews & recommendations
  2. Project Monitoring – project analysis, monitoring and process change reporting, ensuring projects maintain margin and are within agreed budget

  • I have provided project consultancy services to clients in various industry sectors, namely real estate (commercial asset and development) management, manufacturing & engineering and some specific projects with EPL have included:
    • providing the initial overall business case (OBC) for a corporate client in relation to real estate development and estate management initiatives
    • assisting in the development of a new business line within an organisation in relation to the design, manufacture and installation of Airport Baggage Handling Equipment - working across all departments of the business to improve efficiencies, maintain margins and assist in the securing a Middle Eastern Airport BHS contract, along with providing project tenders for other BHS Airport contracts
    • sourcing and creating real estate development projects and providing onwards advice and project management

  • Overseeing the project (asset & development) management of various property projects within the groups portfolios
