HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS:-

 Check and review the plans & specifications for the proper construction & quality implementation at job site, perform pre-inspection to ensure that all installed materials are within the standard in conformance to applicable drawings & specs., conduct final inspection with owner’s representative prior to proceed concrete pouring and other succeeding work activities that requires step by step inspection as per inspection testing procedures(I.T.P.) and Project Quality Plan(PQP),render monitoring and surveillance on site to control the quality of work being implemented by the construction group.

 Review and monitor variations to the work to mitigate time and cost impacts for any required changes.

 Record and monitor the resolution of non conformance items/activities.

 Preparation & reviewing of project’s procurement schedule with a list of all involved materials / suppliers & subcontractors to identify the entire scope of work and the projects’ strategy, in addition to by distributing the procurement finalization mission to the concerned personnel.

 Reviewing the sub-contractors / suppliers quotations, obtaining compliance statement when required to maintain the adequacy with projects’ documents and other related requirements for further discussions and negotiations, in addition to obtain several possible optional prices for a potential cost saving purpose.

 Scrutinize subcontractors’ material technical submittals to ensure the contents comply with the project’s documents and assure the scope of work is in line with the agreed contractual terms and conditions, reviewing the technical data to maintain a proper submission.

 Frequent visits to on-board manufacturers/ subcontractors / suppliers to ensure “as per specs” production and assure the delivery time to avoid any unforeseen delay.

 Day to day monitoring of procurement and materials approvals & delivery to secure ahead-of-time progress
