Principal Responsibilities:

 Prepare Permit to work Application and insure all the maintaince activities should carry out as permit to work procedures.

Monitor, log, record and report the status of process & rotary units and flag any deviation from normal operating envelops for further analysis and investigation.

Operate and monitor plant parameters through Windows NT Server based Emerson Process Management system (EMERSON-DCS DELTA V) and stay vigilant to observe any abnormalities / malfunction and take immediate measures to rectify the problem independently and as a team to minimize the production losses.

Well-versed with Honeywell TPS Module & DCS YOKOGAWA CS-3000 with the operating system Windows NT Application for plant operations and Allen Bradley PLC for High pressure Gas Injection Compressors, Export Gas Compressors .

Coordination via effective communication with field operator during various plant activities for smooth running of plant.

Monitor, maintain and ensure that all Process parameters in different process systems are with in the operational requirements and Design capabilities to maximize production/quality-making adjustment where necessary. Actively implements the concepts of total quality improvement. Monitoring wells through field ware system and place corrective steps if any abnormality occurs.

Investigate causes of failure in emergencies and acts promptly to rectify the same. Maintains safety of the equipment and takes corrective action in case of abnormalities.

Monitoring Fire and gas system, Produced water, Flare and Fuel gas system, Instrument and Utility air system, Fire water system, Diesel storage and distribution. Preparation production report & daily activity report. Coordinate during the Pigging operation.

Observe and trouble shooting of any unusual occurrences without affecting process operations.

Fully conversant with all aspects of Control Room functions including ESD panels, fire and gas panels, UV detector, cause and effects charts, general computer data recovery and inputting information for reports. Field consists of free flowing oil and gas wells, OFT wells; Gas lifting and injection wells, water injection wells, Auto lift wells, ESP pump operations.

Well head operation, remote well maintenance and well testing by three phase separator & Haimo.

Experience in all Surface Production Operations and Facilities i.e. well fluid gathering, gas/oil separation, crude oil dehydration, stabilization, storage, loading and all gas handling/processing operations and facilities like; gas compression, dehydration

Hands on experience in operations of oil field production equipment. Three phase separator, MSV, Hydro cyclone, chemical injection, variable speed & High flow rate pumps-1325 m3/hr, compressor for gas lift & injection.
