• Working on a variety of projects and leading a team of 35 staff, ensuring all work carried out is to a high standard and to client and company specifications

• Ensure full compliance to all industry health and safety regulations and by-laws

• Establishing and developing key relationships at all levels and liaising effectively on site

• Utilize skills in reading technical drawings/plans and ensuring project schedules are achieved, within set timescales minimizing potential risks, issues and financial loss

• Working harmoniously with other trades in an efficient and professional manner

• Using extensive technical knowledge and effective problem solving skills, offering workable solutions to overcome issues or concerns
