Oversaw the conceptual design, construction, and fit-out of 3 revolutionary theatre builds in Canada utilizing advanced 3D and sound technology. Instrumental in obtaining completed architectural drawings, building pro forma budgets, and creating cogent business plans for presentation to the board.

Project managed the construction of all 3 theatres to completion, to include management of the construction crew and budget. Ensured theatres were built on time, to Canadian regulations, and that project costs were kept within pre-set budgetary parameters.

Senior Manager of Purchasing & Concessions

Accepted a request from the senior executive team to assume control of this role while retaining existing operational duties and responsibilities. Successfully negotiated a deal with Coca-Cola, which was heralded as on of the most lucrative concession contracts for the company to date.

Located and negotiated any equipment needed for new builds, current locations, or theatres undergoing renovations.
