- Determine & schedule processes that are subject of improvement.
- Conduct workshops with all process stakeholders.
- Analyze process, list all problems & root causes of problems that affect process performance.
- Suggest solutions to eliminate all problem root causes.
- Redesign process according to findings & best practices.
- Update To-Be process workflow & process manuals in the Portal.
- Develops and maintains effective relationships with the client, management, and team members.
- Created and deployed KPIs to measure adoption rate of new process improvements.
- Identified opportunities for improvement in operational performance.
Process Performance Measurement:
- Define KPIs for To-Be processes.
- Receive & analyze process performance report sent by process owners.
- Monitor current & target process measures.
- Report process performance to top management.
Process Implementation:
- Redesign selected “to be” processes in line with SAMAnet, mainframe and any other interface.
- Ensure the conduct of user-acceptance “business-side” testing of the automated process, and coordinate with IT if required.
