  • Redesign process according to findings & best practices.
  • Update To-Be process workflow & process manuals in the Portal.

Process Performance Measurement:

  • Define KPIs for To-Be processes.
  • Receive & analyze process performance report sent by process owners.

Process Implementation:

  • Redesign selected “to be” processes in line with SAMAnet, mainframe and any other interface.
  • Ensure the conduct of user-acceptance “business-side” testing of the automated process, and coordinate with IT if required.
  • Review reports on the overall performance of automated systems and seek continuous improvement
