Kando Cambridge Ltd 2005 – now Leadership Development and training

Working as a Business Development consultant with various leading leadership, management development and coaching organisations. I was involved in the design, delivery and sale of effective bespoke training and on line leadership programmes in the UK and abroad.

Successes include;

o Working closely with the National Centre for Strategic Leadership which leads the governments Employee engagement committee. The NC4Sl is the first awarding body for Masters in Business Leadership in Europe.

o Developing on line Virtual OD Environments for the Private and Public sector including NHS Trusts, Care sector and other Corporates in support of their L&D and OD initiatives.

o Setting up the NHS user group to support leadership development and innovation in the UK which included collaboration between English and Scottish NHS.

o Seconded to Capita to deliver technical software on line training to VW Audi.

o Developed commercial communications training programme for ACE underwriting including Coaching, Mentoring and shadowing.

Ayudar are worldwide telecom consultants providing advice on all aspects of telecommunications.

o Set up organisation to meet a niche identified in the consultancy market for independent informed advice

o Improved turnover year on year and sold the organisation in 2000

o Consultancy and training on all aspects of Telecoms to Worldwide organisations such as IMF, Warners.

o Successfully introduced several international software providers into the UK/European markets
