Short Bio:

My experience extends across electrical control and mechanical products providing me with a good working knowledge of manufacturing standards (BS, EN, ISO, DEF-STAN, ASME etc). I am conversant in a range of disciplines including design, manufacturing engineering, quality and surveillance. My supply base has been spread across the UK and Europe. I am currently a member of the IET and an associate member of the CQI; both of which I am in the process of attaining chartership status.

Approval of suppliers (and their sub tiers) product releases (includes checks for adherance to purchase order, technical documentation, NDE, heat treatment, cleanliness, material identity, package labelling and chemical composition requirements).

Witnessing of manufacturing hold points whilst ensuring HSE is adhered to, and operator qualification is valid.

Customer Quality Assurance Representative responsible for approval of final product/documentation release for a multi million pound facility.

Responsible for ensuring process compliance and alignment with different suppliers (value streams).
