Upon taking the role James was responsible for providing project support to multiple project managers in both ICT and Cultural Change projects.
After two months in the role James was given responsibility for leading and managing a cultural change project to centralise 5 customer service centres into one location. This was successfully completed delivering a consistent service across the organisation, a reduction in 50% of average waiting times and a reduction in abandoned calls rate to 0.8%.
Whilst continuing to deliver the project to centralise the customer service centres, James was also asked to take over on another project to deliver a series of ICT System Enhancements which had been taking longer than expected due to major issues.
